Milan Ivošević, attorney at law, founder of law office, completed the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 1994. He passed the bar exam in 1996 and thereafter was registered in the directory of lawyers of the Belgrade Bar Association.

The attorney at law, Milan Ivošević is, inter alia, a co-author of the Comments to the Labour Law, together with professor Zoran Ivošević, PhD, issued by the Official Gazette of the RS, namely of:
- Comments to the Law on Labour Relations – 1998;
- Comments to the Labour Law – 2004;
- Comments to the Labour Law – 2006;
- Comments to the Labour Law – 2015.

In addition, the attorney at law, Milan Ivošević is an author of a number of copyrighted articles in the field of labour relations, and a lecturer in a large number of seminars in the field of labour law, organized by the publishing house “Glosarijum”.

Maja Marjanović, attorney at law, partner, completed the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 2008. She started her career as a trainee at the law office Ivošević & Partners as of 19.08.2008. Registered in the directory of lawyers of the Bar Association of Serbia and Belgrade since 2010.
Her field of practice is focused on the civil law matters, with a professional specialization in the field of labour law.
Provision of legal services comprises monitoring and implementation of legal and other regulations; contacts with competent institutions and authorities; drawing up of letters, pleadings, applications, requests and so forth; representation before the courts of all instances, and also before other government bodies; conducting of labour disputes; provision of legal advice and any type of consulting services in the fields of labour, corporate, commercial and administrative law and other civil law matters; preparation of general and individual bylaws; preparation and construing of any type of contracts; performance of preparatory activities relating to the legal status of a company. Fluent in English.

Professor Zoran Ivošević, PhD, born on 07.12.1936 in Niš, completed the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade.
He obtained a master’s and doctor’s degrees at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade. He was a judge of the Fourth Municipal Court of Belgrade, judge of the District Court of Belgrade, undersecretary for justice at the Republic Secretary for Justice and General Administration, judge of the Court of Associated Labour of Serbia and judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation of Serbia. He wrote approximately thirty books and a thousand of professional papers, and took part in writing of several encyclopaedias, compilations and other collective publications. He took part in drawing up of many federal and republic laws and is a co-author of the Comments to the Labour Law issued by Official Gazette of the RS, namely of:
- Comments to the Law on Labour Relations – 1998;
- Comments to the Labour Law – 2004;
- Comments to the Labour Law – 2006;
- Comments to the Labour Law – 2015.
